When Wolfgram & Associates looked to expand their law firm, the Art Deco medical arts building in the Central West End drew their attention. Once the home of The St. Louis Review, the building has since changed hands several times and was in desperate need of an overhaul.

Beyond recruiting StraightUp Solar to install a 9.36 kW (39 panel) solar electric system, Kurt also pursued a reflective roof, new energy-efficient windows, doors, light fixtures, and insulation. He also added a locker room and indoor bike storage.

“St. Louis is a great city to bike. This was among the amenities we feel a modern office building in the city’s central corridor should offer,” said Kurt, who bikes most days of the week.
