StraightUp Solar, is based in St. Louis, MO and serves Missouri, Illinois, and the surrounding region. We help make solar a reality for your life or business. This means we need to understand your goals and create a business model that integrates solar energy into your goals. Therefore, we listen to your needs first. Then we offer an integrative solar concept to match your vision with our services. This approach also creates a modular concept for solar energy applications. With this concept StraightUp Solar creates a path to proceed in a step-wise fashion, combining solar power options and sizes to meet your solar goals.

Our Team:
We've grown our team with two principles in mind - quality, driven people and a focus on education for both our team and our community. We are proud to have the first nationally certified solar electric installer in the state of Missouri (NABCEP - Dane Glueck). We are also a licensed electrical contractor. All members of our team seek out and receive continuing solar education. In turn, we enjoy the opportunity to educate the community and coordinate projects with other professionals such as general and electrical contractors, architects, and engineers. We provide solar integrations for both commercial and residential applications in Missouri, Illinois, and the surrounding region. Principals of StraightUp Solar are: Dane Glueck, President; Joe Mentel, Vice President of Operations; Eric Swillinger, Vice President of Business & Marketing.

Our Industry:
We're also proud to help lead and collaborate on the growth of the solar energy industry. We're founding members of the Missouri Solar Energy Industry Association (www.MOSEIA.org) and Dane Glueck serves as President of MOSEIA.

Our Community:
We strive to do our part for the community and the environment. We will donate $50 in your name for each solar electric system or solar water heater we install. We will donate $25 to Ozark Regional Land Trust to continue to preserve and protect diverse and beautiful habitat in Missouri. Twenty-five dollars will also be donated to the Missouri Coalition for the Environment to support their efforts on multiple fronts to protect our environment for Missourians today and in the future.

Finally, we enjoy the opportunity to spread the word about solar power in our community. We offer speaking and informational sessions to interested groups in our area. We are excited to let people know that solar works well in our region and is a real, practical solution.
